Youth Girls Spring Training Group

Join the J5 Youth Girls Spring Training Group, led by AVP professional Casey Jennings! This group is designed for girls in 5th/6th grade at the beginner and intermediate level who are looking to develop their volleyball skills, explore the game, and have a ton of fun doing it!

When/Where

  • Spring Season is: March 24th - May 19th

  • 9 total sessions, held every Monday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM

  • Location: West Valley College Sand Courts

Benefits

  • Beach volleyball improves agility, strength, and overall volleyball skills due to the challenging nature of the sand. A perfect opportunity for indoor players to gain more touches, improve versatility, and gain valuable experience.

  • 9 weeks of elite beach volleyball training, 1 session per week

  • Holistic player development – confidence, mental toughness, and camaraderie

  • Awesome J5 Merch! (hat and shirt)

Important Notes for Parents:

  • This program is a commitment, and we’re looking for athletes who can attend the majority of training sessions to maintain consistency and maximize group development. As a result, we do not offer prorated pricing for missing sessions at this time. If you are unable to attend a particular session, you are allowed to send a substitute player of similar skill and work out payment parent to parent.

  • Due to the rainy spring season, intense rain may cause a session cancellation. We will work with the registered group of players to either add a make-up session and/or add additional training hours to the ends of other practices to make up for lost time.  Any weather-related conditions and modifications as well as additional dates will be communicated via email ahead of time.

  • Our new booking service is live, and we’re here to help if you have any questions or run into any issues – just reach out and we’ll sort it out.
